
Manh Duc invests over VND 2,700 billion in a 208-ha industrial park in Bac Ninh
The project to build and operate the infrastructure of Que Vo III Industrial Park – Zone 2 in Bac Ninh covers 208 ha with a total investment of VND 2,779.4 billion.
The Prime Minister has issued a decision approving the investment policy for the project. It is located in Viet Hung, Phu Luong and Que Tan communes, Que Vo district, Bac Ninh province, on an area of 208.54 ha. Total capital is VND 2,779.4 billion, of which the investor's equity is VND 430 billion.
Under the decision, the investor is Manh Duc Co., Ltd. The project is to be implemented within 36 months from land handover, and the investor leases the land for 50 years from the date of the investment policy decision.
The Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee is tasked with land recovery, compensation, site clearance and land lease for the project in line with the approved planning, scale, location and schedule.
Manh Duc was founded on 20 February 2002 and is headquartered in Tan Hong ward, Tu Son, Bac Ninh. In Bac Ninh, the company is also the investor of an 8.2-ha residential and commercial services project in Tan Hong ward, and of the Dai Dinh lake renovation and Cho La road upgrade project in Tan Hong ward.
